Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters is a unique flavor blend focusing on botanicals traditionally found in culinary applications, but are now working their way into the cocktail world.  Born out of love of savory drinks, the core essence alludes to Herbes de Provence in liquid form, lending itself well to cocktails with dry vermouth - especially de Chambéry.  It's perfect combination of rosemary, thyme, woodsy sage and bright-yet-bitter parsley meshes perfectly in Rosé Spritz, Aquavit Gimlet or a Sherry Cobbler.  It’s also amazing in a glass of ice water or soda water for a non-alcoholic refresher, and really wakes up a gin and tonic!
