Founder Zane Thurston started Native Bar Supply in the wake of the COVID pandemic out of the need to supply San Diego’s fast growing and ever evolving restaurant scene. With 15 years bar and restaurant experience (Mister A’s, Juniper & Ivy, Herringbone) he is uniquely equipped to understand the ins and outs of this intricate industry and what drives service industry operators. Created initially as a trial run to fill the needs of specific restaurants, Zane then took Native to the next step by supplying to a wider variety of bar and restaurant styles and opening select products to the online retail market. Zane’s dynamic portfolio of products is ever changing - consistent with today’s many supply chain woes.
