Fee Brothers West Indian Orange

The fine flavor of this product is obtained principally from the skins of oranges grown in the West Indies. Until recently, this old cocktail ingredient had gone virtually unnoticed. A new interest in classic cocktails has brought it out of retirement. There are many recipes that call for orange bitters, but most notable is the "classic" Martini. Like all Fee Brothers bitters, these aromatic cocktail flavorings come packaged in a paper-wrapped glass bottle with a screw-top cap and dasher-style insert for easy, controlled dispensing of a dash to any glass.

Each 5 ounce bottle of bitters contains approximately 150 dashes.
